There are many options you have out there for watching TV on your Pc or Laptop.  Satellite TV for PC 2007 has been an industry leader for many years now.  I like this because you only have a one time fee up front and then no on going cost.  PC satellite TV is one of the most expensive programs out there but bang for buck it wins hands down.
